Our apps let businesses send bills, reminders and offers by SMS, WhatsApp and email. These messages must be wanted by the people who receive them.
Rules for every account
- Send messages only to people who gave you their number or email and agreed to hear from you — for example a customer who bought from you.
- Promotional SMS in India must follow TRAI rules (DLT registration, approved templates and sender IDs, and no promotional messages to numbers on the do-not-disturb list).
- WhatsApp messages must follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
- Every promotional message must say who it is from and offer a simple way to stop receiving it. Stop when asked.
- Do not buy, rent or scrape lists of numbers or emails.
- Do not send misleading, offensive or illegal content.
What we do
We may pause messaging, or the account, if we receive complaints, see unusual sending, or are told by a provider that the rules were broken.
Report spam
If you received an unwanted message sent through one of our apps, forward it with the sender details to our support email.
