Data Protection (DPDP & GDPR)

Your rights over your personal data.

Raibs Technologies Private Limited follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). Where we handle personal data of people in the European Union, we also follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our role

  • For your account, enquiries and billing, Raibs Technologies Private Limited decides how personal data is used (we are the "data fiduciary" / "controller").
  • For the data your business enters in our apps (your customers, staff, patients and so on), your business decides; we only process it on your instructions to run the app (we are the "data processor").

Your rights

  • See the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct or complete it.
  • Delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent you gave, for example for marketing.
  • Name a person to use these rights for you.
  • Complain to us, and if not solved, to the Data Protection Board of India (or, in the EU, your data protection authority).

To use any right, write to our support email from the email linked to your account. We reply within 30 days.

If you are a business using our apps

You are responsible for having a lawful reason to enter your customers' and staff's data, and for answering their requests. We help you by letting you view, correct, export and delete data inside the apps.

Breaches

If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on servers run by our hosting providers. Where personal data is processed outside India, we do so only as the law allows and with providers bound to protect it.
